Kindergarten readiness is not about reading or writing yet. It is about the whole child: can they manage their body, regulate emotions, play with peers, and separate from you without falling apart.
Can your child recognize and name most letters of the alphabet?
Not writing them, just identifying. Most of the uppercase letters at minimum.
